The requirements of Studio Kipo Ltd. apply to the selection and retention of any type of business partners, anywhere in the world. The term "business partner" means any commercial entity associated with Studio Kipo, whether it be a supplier, subcontractor, intermediary, joint venture, or client.
Studio Kipo reserves the right, with reasonable notice, to assess and monitor, directly or through third parties, the ongoing work of business partners and their compliance with this policy (review, site visits, etc.). Periodically, a report may be requested to confirm compliance with the requirements. If any non-compliance with this policy is identified, the business partner will be expected to initiate a corrective action plan. If such a corrective action plan is not implemented, Studio Kipo reserves the right to object to the contract.
Business partners are also expected to impose these principles, values, and policies on their own business partners and regularly monitor compliance with this obligation. This policy has been translated into Studio Kipo's most commonly used languages to ensure maximum clarity and transparency with our business partners.

Compliance with the principles and rights established by the International Labour Organization: Prohibition of the use of child labor or forced labor; Prohibition of physical punishment, mental or physical coercion, and/or verbal abuse; Prohibition of any form of discrimination and harassment; Compliance with applicable laws regarding working hours and ensuring remuneration that allows for the satisfaction of employees' basic needs; Ensuring equal opportunities and promoting the development of each individual employee; Respect for freedom of association and collective bargaining. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provision of a Healthy, Safe, and Secure Working Environment
Compliance with the standards and requirements of international and local laws, regulations, and rules; Risk assessment related to operations and their reduction to the lowest possible levels; Requirement for all employees, regardless of their hierarchical level, to take responsibility for their behavior regarding compliance with health and safety requirements; Open disclosure of monitoring results and objectives regarding OHS; Implementation of disaster preparedness plans to protect employees and the environment.
Reducing Environmental Impact
