This privacy policy explains how we, at Studio Kipo Ltd., collect and process your personal data. We understand the importance of children's online privacy. This website is not intended for or knowingly targeted at children under 18 years of age. We do not have a policy to intentionally collect or retain information about individuals under 18 years of age.

- Financial data – bank account details and payment cards if you personally, rather than your employer, pay for the services you use from us;
- Transaction data – details of payments from you and other details of the services you have purchased from us;
- Data you send to us in the form of feedback;
- Data you send to us by completing tests to assess learning or other exercises for individual or team work after participating in our training.
- Data you send to us to include in the certificates of participation we issue to you after training. For this purpose, we only use your two names and no other personal data unless you or your employer have requested otherwise.
- Marketing and communication data – your preferences for receiving marketing messages from us, as well as your communication preferences.
We do not collect sensitive personal data about you. This includes details about race or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political views, membership in trade unions, information about your health, as well as genetic and biometric data. We also do not collect information about criminal convictions and offenses.
2. Automatically collected data
For data security reasons and to optimize the convenience of using our online services, we collect non-personal data. The following non-personal data is stored: the internet browser used; the operating system; the number of visits and the average time spent on our website, as well as the pages you visited. Such automatically collected data is not linked to data from other sources. However, we reserve the right to check such data if specific indications of their unlawful use arise.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Provision, Improvement, and Support of Our Online Services:

2. Newsletter Sending:
In case you fill out the web form to subscribe to our newsletter, we use the provided data solely to verify that you own the specified email address and wish to receive the newsletter, to create an email list, and to analyze the usage of our newsletter.
3. Use of Contact Form:
In case you use the contact form for inquiries, the information provided by you in the form, including contact details, is used to process the inquiry and is stored for further use if there are any questions for follow-up actions.
4. Filling out Registration Forms for Any of Our Events:
By providing the data, you agree that it will be used to identify you as a registered participant in an event organized by us, as well as to receive notification by email and phone related to the event preparation, details about its conduct, and materials and information after its completion. If you do not provide such data, we cannot guarantee your place at the event due to our inability to identify you.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Although in extremely rare cases, in order to provide the services you have requested from us, we may share your personal information with external service providers.
We require all service providers with whom we share your data to respect the security of your personal data and to treat them in accordance with the law.
