A queue management system developed for the pediatric clinics Vela Clinic, designed and developed by us to eliminate the need for patients to wait on-site. Instead, they join a virtual queue, receive notifications when their turn is approaching, and can arrive just in time. The system displays real-time updates on queue status and estimated waiting times both in the app and on a screen in the clinic, making staff workflow smoother and enhancing convenience for patients.
